Return policy

We want you to love your artwork. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. The artwork must be in its original condition and packaging.

How to initiate a return

• Contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery
• Include your order number and reason for the return
• We will provide return shipping instructions
• Once we receive and inspect the artwork, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days

Damaged or incorrect items

If your artwork arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage or discrepancy. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost, including return shipping.

Non-returnable items

Custom or commissioned artworks are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or significantly differ from the agreed specifications.

Refund method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
